Official Rules and Conditions:

  • You must be 18 years of age to enroll in the Stoneforge Customer Reward Card program.
  • There is a 24 hour grace period from accrual of points to redemption of points.
  • You will be awarded 1 point for every $1 purchased.
  • Every time your account accumulates 100 points, the 100 points will automatically be deducted from your account and a $5 Reward will be applied to your card for redemption on your next visit.
  • You will receive a receipt after every purchase which will serve as a confirmation that your points were credited to your
  • account.
  • Your points will be credited to your account at the time of your purchase. You will be able to check your balance on-line     at stoneforgerestaurants.com. Please allow 24 hours after joining for us to activate your card and update your enrollment   information.
  • Stoneforge is not responsible for lost or stolen Customer Rewards Cards.
  • In the event that your server or bartender enters incorrect point accruals, Stoneforge reserves the right to correct those     point postings to the proper amount for the visit.
  • You must present your Customer Reward Card at the time of purchase to receive your points.
  • The Customer Reward Card is not valid with any other offer, discount, or special pricing.
  • Points cannot be issued retroactively.
  • You can only have one active card at a time and you must have an e-mail address to qualify.
  • Stoneforge reserves the right to terminate the Customer Rewards Program, or to modify the Customer Rewards Program rules, terms and conditions, all without prior notice.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and are NOT redeemable for cash.
  • Points will not be issued on tax, gratuity paid, gift card redemption, or loyalty redemption.
  • If the Customer Rewards Program is experiencing technical difficulties, points will continue to accrue and will be applied to you card once the difficulty is rectified.
  • Stoneforge reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member’s point balance if the points have been issued through illegal means or in a manner not authorized in the Official Rules & Conditions.
  • We occasionally send e-mails to our Customer Rewards Program members with discount offers and information about our Customer Rewards Program. We will never share or sell our list of Customer Rewards Program members.
  • Rewards and points have no cash value.
  • Customer Reward Points cannot be issued for Gift Card Purchases or Functions.
  • Employees of Stoneforge are not eligible to participate.
  • A Customer Reward Card cannot have a negative value. Any money needed beyond the amount on the card to pay for a purchase will require another form of payment to be made at the time of purchase.
